Tuboranon's Pride

Tubod is one of the municipality located at the southern part of Surigao del Norte. The name “Tubod”  is coined from the famous  spring (Songkoy spring)  located in that place which supply water that is needed by the baragays and sitio surrounded by it.

It is composed of 9 Baragays namely: Poblacion, San Pablo, Del Rosario, Cawilan, Marga, Timamana, Capayahan, Sad Isidro and Motorpol.

One of the famous place in Tubod is the Songkoy Spring a cooled spring located at Lambuyo sitio of Barangay Marga.With a 15-20 minutes ride of "habal-habal"  you will be there. 

Surrounded by trees, fresh air and crystallize water invites you to dive in the water and feel and enjoy the gift of nature that has been preserved by the people surrounding it.
